Brandon Wong is the founder of Smart Syndicator, a software company that helps commercial real estate investors raise capital to close deals before they need it.
He is also is the co-founder of GDI Capital partners, a diversified investment fund that invests in ATMs, Car Wash Development, Multifamily and several other types of commercial real estate. He and his team purchase in high growth markets to both maximize ROI and minimize risk while uplifting communities. Currently $40M Under management in the multifamily space.
He served in the Marine Corps Infantry from 2003-2011 and live with his wife and kids over in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.

I just wanted to do a quick shoutout for Brandon Wong and his team at Guardian Multifamily. I've known Brandon for many years, because we both served in the Marine Corps. I'm currently invested with him as a limited partner on a couple of large apartment complexes in Texas.
My wife and I had been researching and talking about commercial real estate investing for years, after buying our first commercial building in 2016. Brandon is very analytical, meticulous and thoughtful. Most importantly, he took the time to educate me on the underwriting and business plan.
